How Does A Leased Line Fit In?

A leased line internet connection actually comprises several elements which will all be installed by our engineers.

Line and Termination Unit

A physical line between your premises and our datacentres ending in a white BT box. This is then connected to:

Router

A CISCO router which allows your network to communicate down the leased line via the termination unit.

Your Network LAN

Is simply connected to the router with an ethernet cable like the rest of your network. We plug the leased line into your network and by changing a few settings on your PC's you are operational.
